Divine Nectar Cacao Truffle Recipe




DIVINE NECTAR RAW TRUFFLES

Everybody seems to beg us for this recipe, so here it goes:  So incredibly simple, yet so incredibly delicious.  This is recipe is 100% RAW, VEGAN, SUGAR FREE, DAIRY FREE, NUT FREE and 100% delicious.  This is not a dessert- it is a super food!!!


1 cup organic fresh ground Cacao powder, made from grinding the Cacao Nibs or Cacoa Beans

1/4 cup of Raw Cold Pressed Coconut Oil, slightly melted if possible

1.5 cups of Organic, Raw Shredded Coconut flakes

3/4 cup Organic Coconut Nectar, Agave, Rice Syrup or other natural sweetener

1/4 cup fresh coconut water

1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan  sea salt

1/4 teaspoon Lacuma powder

1/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

In a huge mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients well with hands and then add the coconut oil and sweetener.  Mix until you have the consistency of cookie dough.  If too dry add a little more coconut water, if too runny, add more coconut and cacao powder.  Form into little balls and roll in a side pan that has only dried coconut in it.  This make a beautiful presentation and to finish it, add a pinch of the Ceylon Cinnamon on top.  Put in freezer for an hour or two and then keep  in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 5 days or so.  Best eaten when at room temp and garnish with fresh pear slices and Pomegranates or a fresh berry sauce.
